MAGNETIC FLUX
- The Magnetic Flux F, is the product of magnetic flux density B and area
A, when the area is perpendicular to the magnetic field.
ü F = BA
- It's unit is the Weber, which is equivalent to the volt
second.
- One Weber of magnetic flux is per square metre is a magnetic flux
density of one Tesla.
- Your friend Bianka (F = B I A n cos q for those
who paid no attention to my first
page)
would
therefore become:
- F = IA n cosq , but I
don't like this equation a it has no good pneumonic ("I phi n cosine
theta" doesn't do it for me, TELL ME
if I'm wrong) and it's sooo easy to derive from Bianka anyway.
